What is the RN Insight Studio?

RN Insight Studio is the thought leadership and insight arm of RN Consulting & Associates Ltd. We exist to challenge "pilotitis", siloed working, and short-term thinking. We frame issues in terms of systems and structures rather than individual blame, believing that challenges like youth unemployment (NEET) are systems problems requiring place-based, co-produced solutions.

What We Produce

Practical Frameworks & Toolkits

Elevate your voice. Lead systems change.

We turn ideas into actionable models, checklists, and templates that local authorities, funders, and frontline practitioners can actually adapt and apply.

- The role and future of the VCSE sector and community infrastructure.

Don't just deliver services, shape the sector. We turn your frontline experience and data into authoritative whitepapers, policy briefings, and actionable frameworks. We do the heavy research and drafting to bridge the gap between practice and policy, positioning your organisation as the go-to expert. You provide the vision; we provide the rigour.

Impact Evaluation & Research

Evidence-Led Briefings & Whitepapers

We deliver needs analysis, Theories of Change (both diagram and narrative), and evaluation storytelling that funders trust.

Deep-dive analysis, articles, and discussion papers that turn complex system issues into a clear, sector-facing narrative.

- Youth employment, NEET prevention, and alternative pathways.
- Youth mental health and wellbeing, focusing on prevention and early help

Our Core Themes

- Careers education and the future of work for young people.
- Co-production, youth voice, and lived-experience leadership.
- Cross-system collaboration and place-based approaches.

Articles & LinkedIn Content

We research and ghostwrite compelling thought leadership articles and LinkedIn posts that reflect your expertise and engage system leaders

We believe that challenges like youth unemployment are systemic problems requiring place-based solutions, not individual blame. If you want to advocate for this kind of change, we will build the evidence base so you can confidently own the narrative.
